Gladman speculatively builds high quality office accommodation and warehouse/distribution facilities, as well as investment buildings.

The company has a vast array on tenants, from DVLA, NHS Trusts, Vodaphone, Stena Line, Health & Safety Executive to the Prison Service, along with many local and county councils. In recent years, Gladman has expanded into the development of warehousing / distribution facilities – a dozen large sheds have been constructed in England, including the largest speculatively-built distribution facility in the country. These are occupied by household names such as Tesco, Asda and New Look.

Gladman is part of the dcarbon8 Developer Forum, which is currently researching the value of sustainable warehouse buildings.
